Upgrading
Upgrade anytime from the Pricing page or Settings. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. Your new plan takes effect immediately.
Downgrading & Cancellation
You can downgrade or cancel from Settings at any time. Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your protocols remain accessible — you just won't be able to generate more than 5 per month.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Invoices
Invoices are sent via email after each payment. You can also access billing history through Stripe's customer portal via Settings.
